Accommodation and Food:
In two luxurious design villas direct at the sea, you can have triple, double or single rooms, all rooms with their own bathroom. There are plenty of places in and around the house to rest and enjoy. The houses are surrounded by mediterranean gardens and there is a direct path to the sea and one of the pebble bath spots.
The food is vegetarian, prepared by retreat chef (breakfast and dinner).
Irena Bartolec is Croatian living in Bali, where she is the head of the Ashtanga Yoga Mysore Program at The Seminyak Yoga Shala. She has 15 years of teaching experience. In 2014 she received her authorisation to teach from The KPJAYI (K. Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute) in Mysore, India. Kinesiology, prenatal and postnatal yoga, restorative and vinyasa yoga, pilates and various other wellbeing programs are part of her work aswell.
