You will fall in a state of yoga just being in the nature of Lumbarda, in a calm and peacefull atmosphere. Even in the high croatian tourist season. You wake up with a sea or wineyard view, do yoga in its wholeness: asanas (yogic postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation and eventually, depending on interest of the group, you can enjoy kirtan: singing togheter mantras and indian spiritual chants or just listening and letting these vibrations entering your heart.

Accommodation and Food:
In the retreat house, situated in a very quiet surrounding, you can book double or single rooms. All the rooms have their own bath, some of the rooms a kitchenette. But there is no need to cook for yourself because you´ll enjoy vegetarian meals (full board), prepared with love and local ingredients.
Mariana is a living example of the self transformation power guided by motivation and self determination for the practice. She was trained as hatha yoga teacher by the renown Indea Yoga School in Mysore, India. Her hatha yoga style is slightly influenced by the practice of ashtanga yoga which makes her classes suitable for beginners as well as intermediate practitioners. She is an avid vipassana practitioner and has a strong knowledge on western nutrition.
Loic teaches hatha yoga called integral or classical yoga. He also teaches Tibetan yoga and different meditation techniques including anapana, single pointed and analytical meditations. He has been practicing and studying hatha yoga for more than 10 years in India and around the world with some influences from Swami Sivananda, Swami Vishnudevananda and B.K.S Iyengar. He is currently following some master studies in buddhism in the Gelugpa Tibetan tradition. Loic likes also to share the knowledge he collected over the years on ayurveda, Tibetan medicine and western nutrition.
