2. YOGA, MEDITATION AND KIRTAN, ISLAND KORCULA

If you like sand beaches (but there is pebble too) and a really quiet place, not only for your yoga and meditation practice, but to relax completely, then Lumbarda, the coastal village at the South-East side of the island Korcula, will be a perfect place for you. 4. WOMEN RETREAT WITH YIN AND HORMON YOGA, IN A QUIET BAY NEAR SPLIT
6 – 12 September 2021

This retreat is for every woman, but especially for woman having issues with their cycle, pregnancy, menopause and similar, but first of all it is a good possibility to get a deeper insight, intuition and knowledge about the hormones and their influence on the mind and body. Hormone Yoga is a dynamic form of Yoga Therapy, created by the Brazilian Yoga therapist and psychologist Dinah Rodrigues. In this retreat it will be led by a certifed hormone yoga teacher Radka and you´ll also have lots of relaxing and regenerative yoga classes and meditations. The retreat house is situated in the quiet village on the Rogoznica Riviera. You can book single or double rooms, eat in the nearby restaurant, specialized to fulfill the needs of a yogini, but if you like, you can prepare your meals in the retreat house for yourself. 5. YOGA RETREAT WITH WORKSHOPS: HOW TO PREPARE SOME POWER RAW FOOD AND LOCAL PASTA, MLJET ISLAND
18 – 25 SEPTEMBER 2021

This retreat is for you if you are seeking for a compassionate and experienced yoga teacher with a background in indian and western hatha yoga styles and have fun and interest to try some of the power-food recipes with a macrobiotic chef and with a local woman who will show you how to prepare a delicious homemade pasta of the island. Not only with dynamic morning yoga classes, you can experience a soft detox with herbal teas and learn something about nutrition. Evening yoga classes will be more restorative and relaxing. The retreat-accommodation consists of apartments and cottages, for single, double or group occupancy.
