During this two-hour workshop, you will become aware of the areas of your life that need more attention and allow yourself to please the natural wisdom of your body. Through a slow yin yoga class with affirmations and setting intentions, you´ll be taken through a deep stretching that helps release tension and you´ll become aware of your thoughts and emotions. Yogaclass is followed by guided meditation to touch on what we want and to set an intention for next year.

Izabela Maric discovered yoga 20 years ago and was certified as a yoga teacher in different yoga traditions: in Gaia Yoga, Zagreb, Croatia (RYT200),in SVYASA Yoga University, Bangalore, India (RYT300) and she studied yoga, ayurveda and yoga therapy for 4 years with yogacharya Jadranko Miklec (RYT800) in the „Institute for Yoga and Ayurveda Sun“. She continued her education in yoga therapy with yogacharya Jadranko Miklec (RYT200) in the „Institute for Yoga and Ayurveda Sun“.
She graduated Indology and Russian language and culture, as a teacher of hindi, sanskrt and russian. Since 2004 she traveled almost every year to India to learn more about yoga at its source. Yoga styles she teaches are Hatha Vinyasa, Vinyasa Flow, Prenatal and Postnatal yoga, Kids yoga and individual yoga therapy classes.
She is also a mother and a lover of nature, animals and traveling.
Recently she started education to become a certified Holistic Coach at Radiant Coaches Academy in USA, as a RISE Croatia student.
She is looking forward to help others feel their best through personalized lifestyle changes that meet unique dietary, emotional, and physical goals and needs.
To help them achieve confidence, trust in themselves and the health to start living with more ease, balance and joy.
