Solin (once Salona) was a Greek than Roman settlement that grew up to 60.000 inhabitants and was one of the biggest cities of the Roman Empire and the birthplace of the Roman emperor Diokletian. His wellknown palace you can still visit in the centre of Split. Solin is located just few driving-minutes from Split, but as a small Mediterranean town, it offers wonderfull possibilities to discover its archeological spots, to hike and enjoy the hinterland of Split.
This little luxury resort at the foothills of the mountains Kozjak and Mosor, only few steps away from the sightseeing spots, located in the midst of green areas but still in the centre of a lively town, you can organize your perfect yoga, seminar or any other getaway event, for small or larger groups.

Accommodation:

The hotel consists of 47 beautifully designed accommodations. There are standard and superior double rooms with double or twin beds, deluxe rooms and luxury suites.
Some of the double rooms can be transforemd in triple rooms upon request. They are situated at the ground floor with the direct access to the pool and green areas where yoga or any other body work can be practiced outdoors, so the perfect solution for a larger yoga group.
Some of the rooms can be booked as single rooms for your complete privacy and much needed retreat time just for your self.
All of the rooms have their private bath, finest cotton linen, air conditioning, safe, TV with sattelite channels, free internet and a writing table.
In all of the packages rich breakfast buffet is included.
If you like dinner, with attention to dietary requierments, it can be arranged in detail prior to your retreat.

Where can you practice yoga or have a workshop and group work?

The resort is offering few spaces outdoors and indoors where you can realize your retreat program. For yoga and similar practices you can use almost all of the green spaces outdoors, as well make a coffee break during your workshop.
In the colder months or if you need additional private space for a group work, there are several halls; small one for up to 25 persons, middle one for up to 150 and the whole big hall for up to 250 people. Larger halls are equipped with LCD projector with screen, free Internet and a flipchart (the small is without screen). All or the rooms can be arranged with or without chairs, as well seating arranged in U shape, classroom, theater or boardroom style.
Additional to your retreat program, you can book pause service including fresh coffee, snacks and bottled water or larger pause menues consisting of coffee, tea, fresh fruits and vegetarian and non-vegetarian delicacies like aubergine rolls with fresh cheese, dry prune rolls with pancetta and cake.

SPA, Hotel Beach & Acitivites in and around Solin:

At the resort you can use sauna, fitness room, jacuzzi or take a swim in the indoor or outdoor pool. Salona Spa & Wellness offers a great combination for recreation and relaxation using only the highest quality products.
